Reporting a concern

If you have concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child; an adult who works at or who has visited the college, we would invite you to take the most appropriate action as outlined below

Reporting a concern during college hours, 08.00 – 16.30

If you are concerned about the safety of a child in Devon and want to speak to someone, contact the Front Door (previously known as MASH) on 0345 155 1071. If you need help outside normal working hours, please call the Emergency Duty service on 0345 6000 383.

Children’s Front Door Torbay

If you are concerned about the safety of a child in Torbay and want to speak to someone, contact the Front Door (previously known as MASH) on 01803 208100. The Emergency Duty Team can be reached on 0300 456 4876.

Children’s Front Door Plymouth

If you are concerned about the safety of a child in Plymouth and want to speak to someone contact the Front Door (previously known as MASH) on 01752 668000. Concerns can be reported Sam- 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm on weekends and bank holidays. The Emergency Duty Team can be contacted on 01752 346984.
